PARENTS' NOTICE BOARD

OKAY EVERYONE-HERE”S A NEW TWIST
We have just learned that actually we can seat 110 people legally in our room. Someone was misinformed (including us!) Anyway before you get too far with your invitations for 7:30 pm. Let’s just put a hold on the TWO concert idea.
As yet we haven’t mentioned this revelation to our Management staff.
There are still only 47 working chairs, so we would have to find a way to add 60 more in order to have 2 guests per person at the concert. Please do feel free to make your comments to Claudia about all this. We have heard from a few people about their unhappiness with TWO concerts.

4 pm rehearsal for all students

Parent Teacher Discussions: In the next TWO weeks, appointment times to be planned ahead during private lesson time for Intermediates and Advanced, please share thoughts re: child's progress, your suggestions etc.

PARENTS' NOTICE BOARD

DEAR PARENTS,
As you know we are growing a little too big for our concert space.(the party room) You may not know that we hope to be adding one class area in the fall- one more room  in which to hold lessons, classes and rehearsals. But as for concert space, there IS no bigger space at the Towers to use. We are not sure how this will be handled in future, possibly by holding concerts at a nearby location. But in the meantime we ask that you celebrate the growth of our program,
and help to make these concerts a huge success for all.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PERFORM IN BOTH CONCERTS.

We will finish the 5 pm concert at 6, share refreshments, and then leave, to return by 7pm to prepare for the
7:30 concert, refreshments to follow.

TWO Year End Concerts -Tuesday, June 16th

4 pm rehearsal for all. Concerts: 5 pm and 7:30 pm

TICKETS FOR CONCERTS
Please decide which time you would like to invite your family/friends to attend. Please sign Claudia's list for tickets for that time. First come, first served.

All children will perform both concerts.
Refreshments - Parents will be asked to organize and provide light refreshments for your guests after concerts.
Once tickets are assigned the refreshments can be planned.
