Rehearsal Two, Feb. 22!
Bows hit the strings today, with all children now fitted with instruments of the proper size. Once we get the bow grip and correct holding posture into the memory bank, away we go with bow control exercises, bowing tips for great strong sound production, all these very important beginning elements.
We are now looking for help with financing our next needs:
books and music stands.
If you can ask your friends, businesses you patronize, etc. for donation of an item or two, it will be of great help. We're talking $9 to $45 per item. These then become property of the "Music at the Towers" School and can be used for all present and future students. A very worthy cause for our children!
