FYI: JUNE 14th Concert starts at 6 pm
Thinking ahead with Concert planning:
DRESS
Wear MATT t-shirts with dress pants/skirt and dress shoes- NO BLUE JEANS!
TIME of ARRIVAL
All students arrive at 4 pm- for tuning in Harmony Hall and set up in Heritage Hall
we will rehearse from 4:30 to 5:30, break for 15 min.
Assemble in Heritage hall by 5:50 for 6 pm concert start
THIS WEEK: Parent Interviews: Wed/Thurs/Friday
MAY 24th classes /rehearsals for ALL students at Holland Christian Homes
Bring: instrument, music and stand, wear normal school clothes.

Enter at Main Entrance (just left of DUCA sign)
Turn right to unpack cases, leaves coats etc. in Harmony Hall.
then to go to left again straight ahead to Heritage Hall for class.
Parking info: if you cannot find an unreserved spot in front, go to the right (north) behind building- lots of spots. (OR head across the next street south and turn left for more spots) Do not park in reserved spots.
Intermediates: Arrive 4:35 CLASS 4:40 to 6 PM Bring instrument,stand and folder with all concert pieces
4:40 : "Bows on the Bus" rehearsal- Intermediates and Beginners
Advanced: Arrive 4:45 till 7pm
4:50 "Land of the Silverbirch" CONCERT FINALE rehearsal ALL students
5 pm FRONT DESK PLAYERS accompany Christian in MAY SONG
5:10 to 5:50 Ensembles can rehearse concert pieces B:5:20 to 5:25 then A: till 5:50, in Harmony Hall Others can bring homework and stay quietly in Heritage Hall during Intermediate class. Be there for class start at 6pm
Ensembles will try out a part of their piece on the stage
ALL STUDENTS Co-operation Required
In order to have as smooth a rehearsal at HCH as possible, please stay seated and quiet while you are in Heritage Hall. Be listening and ready to move quickly when needed. DO NOT leave the hall at any time without permission.
