CONCERT TUESDAY- important notes

We will have friends and family watching us Tuesday as we play .
Keep your eyes on the teacher all the time- visit family and friends later.
After we play, we will be able to watch the QE students, and the teachers,   play .

GUEST PERFORMERS ARRIVE AT 3:45 be very quiet when they are tuning
AUDIENCE COMES IN AT 3:55 PM
CONCERT STARTS 4 pm

Important reminders for students when you arrive Tuesday at 3:30:

• GET OUT  INSTRUMENT RIGHT AWAY FOR TUNING -place case against back wall
• HELP SET UP ALL CHAIRS FOR AUDIENCE, IF NEEDED
• SIT IN YOU CHAIR QUIETLY UNTIL THE CONCERT STARTS
• BRING SOME REFRESHMENTS FOR THE PERFORMERS(that's you) AFTER the "show"
